You ensure that our platform remains stable, efficient, and up to date. Working closely with users from various teams, you understand their requirements, implement solutions, and help us get the maximum value out of our CRM. #kununujob
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for our Salesforce platform from both a functional and technical perspective and drive its continuous development
- You design and implement automations (Flows, Workflows, Approvals)
- You support the user community through training sessions and ongoing support
- You work closely with Requirement Engineers and Sales Operations, translating business requirements into pragmatic Salesforce solutions
- You proactively optimize existing processes with a focus on scalability and data quality
- You ensure compliance with data quality and governance standards
Your Skills
- Several years of experience in Salesforce administration (Lightning)
- Very good understanding of customization, permission concepts, and data models
- Knowledge of process automation (Flows, Approval Processes, basic Apex knowledge is a plus)
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
- Strong service and solution orientation, with a passion for collaborating in agile teams
- A structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong focus on user needs
- Very good English skills (German is a plus)
